If the size doesn't fit, you can request a size exchange by contacting us at telegram
To Request an Exchange:
- Notify the manager telegram of your desire to exchange the item
- Send the item via Nova Poshta to the following address: Kharkiv, NP-116, Serhiy Mykolayovych Kirichenko, 077-579-70-74
- Upon receipt, we will send you a different size
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in accordance with current Ukrainian law.
To process a return
- Notify the manager of your intention to return the item telegram

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the buyer’s bank card within 1–3 business days.

-the item retains its original appearance
-tags and packaging are intact
-there are no signs of wear or damage
